Until now, using Secret Chat meant buying credits one pack at a time. That is still there — but a lot of you asked for something simpler: a plan that just refills itself every month so you never run dry mid-conversation. So we built it. Secret Chat subscriptions are now live, in three plans, with monthly or annual billing, and they cost meaningfully less than buying the same credits as one-off packs — up to 25% less on annual billing.
Here is everything that changed, what each plan costs, and how the discounts, upgrades and cancellations work.
Three Plans, Two Billing Options
Every plan unlocks the full multi-model lineup — GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity — and gives you a batch of credits every month. The only differences are how many credits you get and how much you save. Annual billing is shown first because it is the bigger discount; flip the toggle to Monthly if you would rather pay as you go.
| Plan | Credits every month | Annual billing (best value) | Monthly billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 12,000 credits | $9.00/mo — billed $108 per year | $11.00 per month |
| Regular | 25,000 credits | $18.00/mo — billed $216 per year | $22.00 per month |
| Pro | 60,000 credits | $42.00/mo — billed $504 per year | $52.00 per month |
The bigger the plan, the better the value per credit — Pro is the cheapest way to buy credits on Secret Chat. Regular is the sweet spot for most people, which is why it is marked "Most popular" on the pricing page.
How Much Do You Actually Save?
The discount is measured against our regular one-time credit packs (Basic $12, Regular $24, Pro $57 for the same monthly credit amounts). Subscribing is cheaper on both billing cycles, and annual is the best deal:
- Monthly billing saves roughly 8–9% versus buying the matching one-time pack every month.
- Annual billing saves about 25% — that is roughly three months of credits free compared with the one-time packs, and about 18% below our own monthly price.
In plain numbers: a year of Regular credits costs $216 on the annual plan, versus $288 if you bought a $24 pack every month. That is $72 saved for exactly the same 25,000 credits a month.
Annual Billing, Credited Monthly
One design choice worth explaining: even on the annual plan, your credits arrive month by month, not all at once. You pay once a year, and each month a fresh batch — 12,000, 25,000 or 60,000 credits depending on your plan — lands in your account automatically. It works exactly like the monthly plan, you just locked in the annual price for it.
And to be fully transparent about how the refill works: each new monthly batch replaces whatever was left of the previous one. Subscription credits are meant to be used within their month — they don't pile up. If you want credits that keep forever, that is exactly what the one-time top-up packs are for (more on that below).
We did it this way on purpose: a steady monthly refill is easier to reason about than a giant once-a-year lump, and it keeps the annual and monthly plans behaving identically apart from the price.
Upgrade Anytime — Pay Only the Difference
Start on Basic and realize you need more? You can move up a plan whenever you like, and you are only charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current period — not a fresh full price. The extra credits for the current month are added instantly, and from your next renewal you simply pay the new plan's rate. Upgrades work on both monthly and annual subscriptions.
There is no downgrade dance and no support ticket: pick a higher plan on the pricing page, confirm, and you are on it in seconds.
No Lock-In, and Nothing Expires by Surprise
Subscriptions on Secret Chat are deliberately low-risk:
- Cancel in one click from any receipt email. Because access is purely credit-based, cancelling just means no new credits are added next cycle — there is no penalty and nothing to negotiate.
- Your one-time credits never expire. Anything you bought as a top-up pack sits in your balance until you use it. (Subscription credits, by contrast, refresh monthly — each batch replaces the last.)
- Subscription credits are spent first. If you have both, we draw down your monthly subscription credits before touching any purchased packs — the monthly batch resets anyway, so your paid-for top-ups are always saved for later, never wasted.
Prefer to Just Top Up? That Still Works
Subscriptions are optional. If you would rather not commit to a recurring plan, the original one-time credit packs are still right there under the "Top up credits" tab — buy a pack whenever you need one, by card or with crypto, and those credits never expire. Subscriptions simply add a cheaper, hands-off option for people who use Secret Chat regularly.
How to Subscribe
It takes about a minute:
- Go to the pricing page. It opens on the Subscription tab with annual billing selected.
- Pick your billing cycle (Annual or Monthly) and choose Basic, Regular or Pro.
- Hit Subscribe, enter your card details on the secure checkout, and you are done — your first month of credits is available immediately.
Payments are handled by our payment provider as merchant of record, so applicable VAT is shown at checkout and you get a proper receipt. Card is used for subscriptions; one-time top-ups can also be paid with crypto.
Still Private, Exactly as Before
Nothing about how Secret Chat protects you changes with a subscription. It is still a private gateway between you and the AI providers: your prompts are forwarded through our proxy, so you don't need accounts with each AI company and your identity isn't attached to your requests on their side. Your conversation history lives locally in your own browser, not on our servers. A subscription only changes how you pay for credits — not who can see your chats.
Conclusion
Subscriptions bring the two things people asked for most: a lower price and a plan that refills itself. Pick Annual for the biggest discount (up to 25%), or Monthly to stay flexible; upgrade anytime and pay only the difference; cancel in one click with nothing to lose. And if you would rather keep buying packs one at a time, that option isn't going anywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How much do Secret Chat subscriptions cost?
There are three plans. Basic is $11/month or $9/month billed annually ($108/year) for 12,000 credits a month; Regular is $22/month or $18/month billed annually ($216/year) for 25,000 credits; Pro is $52/month or $42/month billed annually ($504/year) for 60,000 credits.
- How big is the discount?
Compared with buying the matching one-time credit pack every month, monthly billing saves about 8–9% and annual billing saves about 25% — roughly three months of credits free per year.
- Do annual subscribers get all their credits up front?
No. You pay once a year, but credits are added month by month — a fresh batch each month, just like the monthly plan. You simply locked in the annual price.
- Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and are charged only the prorated difference for the rest of your current period. The extra credits are added instantly, and your next renewal uses the new plan's price. Upgrades work on both monthly and annual plans.
- What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation is one click from any receipt email. Because access is credit-based, cancelling simply stops new credits from being added next cycle — there is no penalty, and any credits already in your balance stay usable.
- Do unused subscription credits roll over?
No. Each new monthly batch replaces whatever was left of the previous one, so subscription credits are meant to be used within their month. If you want credits that never expire, buy a one-time top-up pack — those stay in your balance forever.
- Do my one-time credits still work?
Yes. One-time top-up packs are still available and never expire. If you have both a subscription and purchased packs, subscription credits are always spent first so your packs are kept for later.
