The seller is Opossum DOO, Montenegro, operator of Secret Chat at https://secret-chat.ai.
Ordering
The customer orders digital credits or subscription access through the online checkout form. Before payment, the customer can review the selected product, price, tax/VAT if applicable, discounts if any, currency, and total amount to be charged.
The order is considered submitted when the customer confirms the payment and accepts the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Purchase Terms, and Refund Policy.
Payment
Products and services can be paid online using one of the available payment methods shown at checkout.
Available payment methods may include:
- Card payment through our payment provider.
- Crypto payment through Volet.com.
Card payments
Our payment provider for card payments is Creem (creem.io).
Secret Chat does not store full card numbers, card validity dates, or card security codes.
Card payments are processed in cooperation with our payment provider and are carried out in a secure and certified manner via the provider's payment gateway, by simply entering the payment card details.
Crypto payments
Crypto payments are processed by Volet.com.
When the customer selects crypto payment, Volet.com may generate payment details or provide a hosted checkout page where the customer can complete payment using one of the supported cryptocurrencies.
Supported crypto currencies may include BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, TON, and other currencies available in the active Volet.com checkout configuration.
All product prices on Secret Chat are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). If a customer pays with cryptocurrency, the crypto amount may be calculated based on the USD price and the exchange rate or conversion rules available at the time of payment through the payment provider.
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct payment method, currency, and network when completing a crypto payment.
Service Delivery
Secret Chat sells digital credits and digital AI access. No physical products are shipped. There are no delivery costs.
After successful payment confirmation, purchased credits are added to the user's email-only Secret Chat account automatically or as soon as technically possible.
Crypto payments may require blockchain/network confirmation before credits are delivered.
If credits are not visible after successful payment, the customer should contact [email protected] with the order/payment reference.
Complaints
For payment, access, technical, or credit-delivery issues, customers may contact us at [email protected]. We will review the issue and provide a correction, replacement access, credit adjustment, refund, or other appropriate solution where applicable.
Refunds and Cancellation
Digital credits and digital services are non-refundable once issued or used, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
If a payment was charged but credits were not delivered because of a technical error on our side, the customer may request correction or refund by contacting [email protected].
If the customer loses access because they lost their account credentials, cleared local browser data, or failed to secure their own access credentials, Secret Chat may be unable to restore credits or local chat data.

Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable consumer law gives the customer a right to withdraw from a purchase, this right may be limited or excluded for digital content or digital services once delivery/performance has started with the customer's consent, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Currency
All prices are shown in USD.
If the customer pays by card in another local currency, the card issuer may convert the charged amount into the customer's local currency according to its own exchange rate and fees.
If the customer pays with cryptocurrency, the final crypto amount may depend on the exchange rate, selected cryptocurrency, selected network, provider fees, and blockchain/network fees at the time of payment.
