Credit Card Payment Security
Card payments on our website are processed by our payment provider, Creem (creem.io). Creem acts as the payment processor and Merchant of Record for transactions made through its checkout.
When you make a card payment, your payment is completed through Creem’s secure checkout solution. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
Creem handles the payment process, including payment collection, transaction processing, invoicing, tax-related payment administration, and fraud-prevention support.
The available payment methods may depend on your location, billing address, product type, and device. Creem currently supports card payments and several other payment methods through its checkout.

Crypto Payment Security
Secret Chat also allows customers to pay with selected cryptocurrencies through Volet.com.
When the customer chooses crypto payment, the payment process is handled through Volet.com. Depending on the integration flow, the customer may be redirected to a Volet.com hosted checkout page or shown payment details generated by Volet.com.
Secret Chat does not ask customers to send cryptocurrency directly to a private wallet shown manually by support. Customers should only complete crypto payments through the official checkout flow provided on the Secret Chat website.
Secret Chat does not store private keys, seed phrases, or full wallet credentials. Customers must never share private keys or seed phrases with Secret Chat, Volet.com support, or anyone else.
Crypto payment status is confirmed through the payment provider integration. Purchased credits are delivered after the payment is successfully confirmed.
Supported crypto payment methods may include BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, TON, and other currencies supported by the active Volet.com checkout configuration.
