Our Payment Provider
All payments on our website are processed by Volet.com. You complete the payment at Volet's checkout, and Volet handles your card and crypto data; Secret Chat never sees or stores card numbers, card validity dates, card security codes, private keys or seed phrases. We receive only the payment status and the references needed to add the top-up to your balance and support your order.

Paying by Card
Card payments are made through a Volet wallet. At checkout, Volet offers to create a Volet.com wallet (or sign in to an existing one); you top up its balance by card with Volet, then pay for your Secret Chat top-up from that wallet balance. Your card is entered on Volet's side only. Your bank may ask you to confirm the top-up with its own security check. Any fee Volet charges for a card top-up is Volet's own, not ours, and is shown by Volet before you confirm.
Crypto Payment Security
You can also pay with selected cryptocurrencies through Volet.com, without a Volet account.
When the customer chooses crypto payment, the payment process is handled through Volet.com. Depending on the integration flow, the customer may be redirected to a Volet.com hosted checkout page or shown payment details generated by Volet.com.
Secret Chat does not ask customers to send cryptocurrency directly to a private wallet shown manually by support. Customers should only complete crypto payments through the official checkout flow provided on the Secret Chat website.
Secret Chat does not store private keys, seed phrases, or full wallet credentials. Customers must never share private keys or seed phrases with Secret Chat, Volet.com support, or anyone else.
Crypto payment status is confirmed through the payment provider integration. The top-up is added to your balance after the payment is successfully confirmed.
Supported crypto payment methods may include BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, TON, and other currencies supported by the active Volet.com checkout configuration.
