Usually immediate after successful payment confirmation.
For card payments, confirmation is usually received shortly after authorization.
For crypto payments, delivery may take longer because the payment may require blockchain/network confirmation and confirmation from Volet.com.
If credits are not visible after successful payment confirmation, the customer should contact with the order/payment reference.
Subscription Credit Delivery
Subscription plans deliver a fixed credit allowance every month. The first allowance is delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation; each following allowance is delivered automatically about one month after the previous one.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year, but the credit allowance is still delivered month by month over the paid year.
Each new monthly allowance replaces any unused remainder of the previous allowance. One-time credit packs are unaffected and do not expire.
Export, Customs, and Shipping Restrictions
Not applicable to digital credits. The customer is responsible for ensuring that use of the Service is lawful in their country.
