How the AI email generator works
- Open the app and select the model picker at the top of the chat.
- Find the Generators group after Image, then choose Email.
- Pick one of the fixed model rows. Set the purpose, tone, length, language and signature in the welcome message or with the sliders button.
- Type the points to cover, paste the message you are answering, or press Generate.
- Read the subject and body. Copy either part separately or open the draft in your mail app.
The browser remembers the Email generator's settings and signature. There is no mailbox setup step because the tool does not connect to an email account.
Write an email from a few words
You do not need to compose a full prompt. Write “help me write an email asking the supplier for a revised delivery date,” then add the facts that must be accurate. The email generator supplies the structure while keeping your request at the center of the draft.
This works for a quick email creator and for more formal correspondence. Name the relationship, what happened and the response you need. A professional email writer can improve the wording, but you should still check names, dates and commitments before sending.
Reply to an email you received
Paste the incoming message and choose Reply under Purpose. Add your answer in rough form, including anything you agree to, decline or need clarified. The AI email reply generator uses the pasted text as context and drafts a direct response.
Only the text you paste is available to the model. It cannot inspect the rest of the thread or fetch an attachment from your mailbox, so include the relevant passage and leave out details it does not need.
Cold outreach, follow-ups, declines, complaints, thank-you notes
The Purpose control includes auto, request, reply, follow-up, decline, complaint, cold outreach and thanks. Pick the closest intent so the draft uses the right opening and call to action. Treat the draft as a starting point; edit it until it sounds like something you would actually send.
For cold outreach, say why this recipient is relevant and what a reasonable next step would be. For a complaint, supply the event and the remedy you want. A decline needs enough context to be civil without inventing an excuse.
Tone, length and signature
Tone can be formal, neutral or friendly. Length can be short at about 80 words, normal or detailed. These are constraints for the draft, not rigid templates, so a message with several required facts may run longer.
Add a signature once and the browser remembers it for later Email chats. The AI email tool places it after the body, ready to copy. You can change or remove it before generating a message for a different role.
Emails in 80 languages
Choose any of 80 languages or leave Language on auto. The generator can follow the language of your request, write a reply in another language, or keep a pasted email's language. If the exact meaning matters, state any terms, names or phrases that must remain unchanged.

Copy or open in your mail app
Each result has Copy subject, Copy email and Open in mail app. The last action hands the draft to the mail software already configured on your device. You remain in control of the recipients and the Send button.
Nothing connects to your mailbox. The generator has no Gmail or Outlook access, cannot read incoming mail and cannot send on your behalf. It is an email writing helper, not an inbox service or newsletter platform.

The Email generator uses the model you select from these rows. It does not use family routing, and DeepSeek is not offered for generators.
What you can download
The output is a subject and email body rather than a separate downloadable file. Copy the subject, copy the full email, or open the draft in your mail app. The generator card remains in its browser-stored chat so you can return to the wording or make another version.

Privacy, stated honestly
- We store nothing on our side. There is no archive of chats or files on our servers. The task row exists only while the answer is produced.
- Your request is anonymous. There is no profile, and no chat is ever associated with you. The provider receives a stranger's request. Your email is used only for account access and payment.
- Your material is never used for training.
What you paste is sent verbatim to the chosen model provider. Secret Chat AI removes you from your queries — it does not remove the data from your messages. Leave out names and identifiers the model does not need.
